Joshua Van: I think a lot of people are angry at Obama now.
Thanh Tran: Define people hahaha
Joshua Van: *THANH INTERUPPTS BEFORE JOSH GETS TO ANSWER*
Thanh Tran: Republicans right?
Joshua Van: Uhm… Let me get back at you later about that hahaha
Some Republicans are supposedly frustrated at Obama for not making any decisions while being in office.
Some Democrats were frustrated at Bush for making irresponsible decisions when he was in office.
Isn’t a bad decisions better then none? At least it shows that Bush is not a sloth. I may not agree on the decisions that Bush made during his presidency but at least he decided on something while he was in office. So why are some Democrats mad at Bush for doing his job whether it was good or bad?
I am not saying that Obama did not make any decisions while being in office right now because his latest decision (well…the last time I paid attention before I had to study for finals) is to deploy 30,000 soldiers to Afghanistan for six months on December 1st. So any Republicans who thinks Obama is not making any decisions is obviously living under a rock.
The point I am trying to get across is that these two political parties are always disparaging each other instead of working with one another for a brighter future. I can picture another Civil War in the U.S. with these political party but wishing for peace between these two political parties is like wishing for an African American President…WAIT IT ALREADY HAPPEN SO IT IS POSSIBLE FOR ONE POLITICAL PARTY SOMEDAY!!!
Note: Bush and Obama are the same people... I mean if you believe in Loose Change or Loose Change: Annotated Version (LIES OF LOOSE CHANGE) this picture proves it because it is "PROOF".
KEVIN VO IF YOU ARE READING THIS... **** YOU FOR BEATING ME TO AUSTRALIA!!!
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oooh! Oh-oh-oooh-oh-oh! Caught in a bad romance
One major thing I have learned in college are my classmate’s work ethics. Half of them never gets more then five hours of sleep each day. I will be in class with them from 8:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. then they would be off to their jobs from 2:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. with another four hours of homework when they get home. It is really inspirational how they can wake up everyday doing the same thing over again with so much weight on their shoulders.
Me myself, I tried putting myself in my classmates shoes this semester. I did not take four classes or work an eight hour job but took three classes and worked an overnight shift from 2:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. then class at 8:30A.M. - 11:30 A.M. One question everyone who is reading may ask, “Why are you not taking four classes?” My reply is that I only have six classes left and decided to split them into two semester so I would not stress myself out. It was pretty difficult at first but I survived this semester hopefully passing with two A- and a B.
Will I be doing it again? NO! But the money I got from working the overnight shift was very promising. I actually got a chance to experience what my classmates were going throught and the pressure did get to me. I busted like pipes instead of becoming diamonds when the pressure got to me but I survived. It made me realized that some people have it bad.
How did we do it? I really do not have an answer but I guess it is all mental. When you start thinking of rest and sleep it really wears you down. In the long run, it is all about getting up everyday and getting it done whether you like it or not. No one will do your work. *SCRATCHED THAT* Someone will probably take your load but you are most likely getting kicked out of class or fired from work as a consequence.
I really do not understand the jobless people at North Shore Community College who only has four hours of classes complaining that they cannot pass their class. How is it possible not to pass when you do not have a job? Just spend an hour studying for each class instead of being distracted. It is really not hard sitting yourself down and study if you find school important. If you end up getting distracted then school is obviously not your number one priority.
Then you hear this monstrosity that the teacher cannot teach! So what if the teacher cannot teach? There is syllabus and a book that you can learn from if your learning nothing in class. You always have classmates whom you can befriend and help each other study. If you cannot make friends just because of age or ethnicity then that’s pretty prejudice and pitiful.
[Western music plays as Dr. Kelso busts the door down once again]
Turk: Sir, the door was open!
Dr. Kelso: I know. I just love doing that.
Miss Goldman: What now, Grampa?!
Dr. Kelso: You are going to shut your damn yapper and listen for a change, because I got you pegged, sweetheart. You want to take the easy way out with the surgery because you're scared. You're scared because if you try and fail, there's only you to blame. Well, Missy, let me break this down for you, Bobbo-style. Life is scary. Get used to it.
J.D.'s Narration: And then it seemed like Dr. Kelso wasn't only talking to her.
Dr. Kelso: There are no magical fixes. It's all up to you. So get up off your keister, get out of here, and go start doin' the work.
**[Howie Day's "Collide" beings]**
Miss Goldman: What if it's too hard?
Turk: [leaning down to face Dr. Kelso next to Miss Goldman] Yeah, what if it's too hard?
Dr. Kelso: Turkleton, I have no idea why you're chiming in, but I'll say this to both of you. Nothing in this world that's worth having comes easy.
Turk: I gotta go. [runs out of the room]
So these people with no jobs sitting around complaining or writing on their blogs that they cannot pass their classes in college will remain failures. They are wasting valuable time complaining instead of getting their work done. So in the words of Dr. Kelso, “There are no magical fixes. It's all up to you. So get up off your keister, get out of here, and go start doin' the work because nothing in this world that's worth having comes easy.”
